Today I am posting a simple ice pops recipe made with Watermelon. It is an easy to make recipe,takes few minutes to prepare and with few ingredients. Watermelon Ice pops is tasty,healthy and a refreshing treat for a hot summer day. It can quench thirst. So it is ideal for Summers.
Preparation time – 5 minutes. and 6 to 7 hours to freeze.
Serve – 4.
Ingredients –
1.Watermelon – 500 grams.
2.Sugar – 1 to 2 tbsp.(depends on the sweetness of the Watermelon.)
Method –
Take the Watermelon,peel the skin off and cut into cubes. Discard seeds. In a blender add Watermelon and sugar. Blend until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Pour the fruit pulp into ice pop molds, cover the top. Place the molds in the freezer for 6 to 7 hours (or freeze until firm). Once frozen hard,keep the body of the molds under running tap water for 10 to 15 seconds to remove the ice pops easily from the molds.
