Today we are going to make a very simple snacks recipe made from bread. It is a home made snacks recipe. The bread snacks is very tasty and easy to prepare.
Cooking time – 20 minutes Serve – 2.
Ingredients –
1.Bread slices – 2 (cut into small cubes)
2.Ginger paste – 1/4 tsp.
3.Garlic paste – 1/4 tsp.
4.Chilly powder – 1/4 tsp.
5.Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp.
6.Corn flour – 2 tbsp.
7.Egg (large) – 1
8.Salt to taste.
9.Oil for deep frying.
10.pepper powder – 1 tsp.
Method –
1.In a large bowl add all the ingredients except bread, pepper and oil. Beat the mixture very well.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan,when hot reduce the heat. Dip the bread cubes one by one into the batter and drop into the hot oil. Fry on slow flame till the cubes turn crispy and light brown.Fry 3 to 4 cubes at a time. Remove the fried bread cubes with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil in paper towels. Bread cube snacks is ready to serve. Sprinkle pepper powder and serve with sauce as a tea time snacks.
